CJ understands that you are much more than you have been told to believe and think you are.

Her passion is to see the transformations that take place in her clients’ lives and experiences, that are heart centered. This is what leads women to her Soul Therapy® Programs.

Living authentically today, CJ met the challenges that shaped her reality from youth, with a heart wide open to receive the healing, changes and letting go of limiting beliefs that were not her own.

CJ openly expresses her spiritual connection and the innate power that is within each person.

Having been mentored and professionally trained by Deborah Skye King, Founder of Soul Therapy® and Creator of Generational Healing®, CJ seeks to understand what lies below the fear to enlighten and stengthen one’s ability to live confidently and free from the constraints of the past.

CJ continues to gain support in growing her own evolutionary path, to setting healthy boundaries to excel in this life.

Her excitement in welcoming others to gather and share in authentic connections and self awareness has brought many to her in the Rockwood/Guelph area.
